On Mind De-flamation

After the infusion of the Primal energy into the body, the life animation process diversified the Primal energy into Astral, Vital, and Mental energy by functionality.

The Astral is the entrapped Primal energy and is the substratum that animates the sentience.

The vital energy is to support and sustain the normal functionality of the body.

The mental energy is derived from the body sentience with a sense of doership, the involuntary attachment in the thought of I within the five skandhas, i.e., form, sensation, perception, mental modification/thought, and consciousness.

For energy to function, there are two polarities, positive and negative. In Taoism, the two polarities of the Primal energy in animation are Ying and Yang. In Indian Philosophy, it is called Prakriti and Purusha.

To de-flame the mind is referring to the dissolution of I by detaching oneself from the sensing of form, sensation, perception, and mental modification/thought.

What remains is the consciousness witnessing the dance of the Ying and Yang, Prakriti and Purusha, with the veining of sentience.

To de-flame the mind, one has to restore the efficacy of the animated Primal energy in circulation by releasing the muscle tension to activate the fascia’s energy conductivity capacity whilst connect the feet to the antenna by joint alignment to enhance the integrity of the counterforce throughput from within the bone marrow.

When the Primal energy circulation, i.e. the micro-cosmic orbit is in circulation, then it will be possible to de-flame the mind to harmonize with the body sentience, i.e. the confluence of the electric energy wave frequency with the vital energy into the magnetic fluid.

This is what Taoism alchemy referred to as Simultaneous Mind-Body Modulation/性命雙修

Once the magnetic fluid is in shape, the flow of the magnetic fluid at the command of the mental orb without flame is conducive for the emergence of consciousness awareness.

Statically, one is the consciousness awareness witnessing the manifestation.

Dynamically, one can have the internal freedom to modulate the electric energy wave in motion.

On Internal Breathing

When the ego mind functions, it demands and commands vital energy support and functions through physical tension modulation in the form of force.

When the ego mind functions, there is no room for magic. The mind-body energy is contracted through the invoked musculature tension to manifest the power of force. Therefore, the more one practices in this mode, the bigger the Ego.

As prescribed in Tai Chi classics, those who are able of force can not sense energy, those who are able of energy can not use force.

Force and Energy are mutually exclusive by nature.

The Internal Breathing in Prana Dynamics is referring to the capability to confluent the mind-body energy throughout the fascia.

The released muscular tension is conducive to the emergence of awareness.

To breath is to modulate the vital and mental energy to flow throughout the fascia and or into space.

The ability to modulate the energy throughput the fascia is derived from the internal breathing mechanism, an internal capacity called tension modulation. or fascia breathing.

Awareness in motion is the higher goal of Prana Dynamics. Once established, will it then be possible to know what is stillness in silence.

The stillness in silence is the nature of the conscious presence as of the aperture, the Primal energy that permeates and projects onto the screen of manifestation with the veiling of sentience is of the motion.

It is the nature of energy to vibrate and move, Hence the nature of manifestation is the conscious presence expressed in motion in the form of thought.

All Is, and the All is mentalism.

My name is Andrew Henry, I have been studying Internal Martial Arts for over 23 years. I have been lucky to find teachers with amazing ability and that has been willing to teach.

I have seen Howard’s videos on Youtube from 2018. I knew from watching that his ability was real. Unfortunately, he was halfway across the world. Once I saw he was teaching online I jumped at the chance to gain some of his knowledge.

The fact that Howard is well versed in the English language helps out tremendously. I do not have to try and decipher the language, I can solely focus on what he is teaching. The path of non-violence Howard has followed is the same path I have taken. I feel my abilities have increased because I have no intention of hurting anyone.

Now let’s get to what I have gained from Howard’s teachings. Howard has given me “Freedom”, the freedom to bypass, release my opponent’s tension. This has given me the freedom to move in any possible direction. He has reconfirmed in me that energy can be manipulated in endless ways. You can inflate/deflate compress/ stretch, release, spiral, settle-in, sink/float.

Howard has helped to give me “Freedom of the Mind.” With my mind being Free the possibilities are endless.

The truly amazing thing is that Howard is able to transfer all of this through an online platform. I have never met Howard in person. When that day comes I expect it to be an amazing meeting.

Hello Howard,

I am not a great writer and often stuck with expressing emotions but here is a review of the seminars I had the chance of participating in.

I still remember one of the first seminars I attended: a 4-day course with increasingly difficult applications of joint locking and throws. After that, most seminars were predominantly on basics and principles which I experienced as more comfortable, being a total newcomer.

These are the feelings I went through…

  • The first day was overwhelming: trying to follow the instructions as best as possible with sometimes a little success.
  • The second day things settled a bit and it became a little easier and more manageable.
  • The third day was the most frustrating one because exhaustion is starting to kick in and less and less applications are working.
  • The fourth day you reach the point where you cannot do anything anymore and things get funny. At that point, the mind lets go and things change…

It is ok to be out of your mind

What I most appreciate in Howard as a teacher is that he does not keep any secrets. He is also very knowledgeable and approachable.

The seminars have a nice balance between practice and philosophy. It is also refreshing to see Howard’s point of view on training away from tradition.

And of course there is ‘the Howard effect’ that helps you proceed whenever stuck…

Hey Howard, it’s been a while but I’d like to add testimony if you’d like.

What I like about Howard is that he has you doing the art in 10 minutes or less during the seminars.

He takes time for every participant and his advice is always on point. He not only sees and feels where you are going wrong, but he also knows where it comes from, the underlying issue.

Howard speaks from the heart and is a very fun teacher. He repeats a lot in very clear and direct language. Every time the words deepen because you experience it for yourself during practice.

During the seminars and after a while having a drink you feel his presence is working on both mind and body, they release old tension, it’s a gift to be around him.

Howard is very approachable and at the same time, for me, it is sometimes hard talking to him because through being in touch with him I can feel how I’m not fully talking from the heart. The stagnation in what I say. He taught me to smile more. 😊

When I train Prana Dynamics with Pablo we always end up being in bliss, amazed about the discoveries we made this time. I never had better training sessions. They have the power to quickly uncover your difficulties with letting go, they are healing and you laugh a lot.

Dear Howard,

This is my very personal testimony about the life-changing experience of meeting you and Prana Dynamics.

All my adult life I have been suffering from depression. My world was gray and there was no real meaning to life. Then I went to what I thought to be a martial arts seminar and met you there.

As a physicist by education and a martial artist for many years I thought by then that Qi is something that the Chinese had not really understood and that it could be explained by the physical laws of force and leverage.

Luckily I was sensitive enough and by touching you, I at once recognized that it is indeed something very different. That was a real eye-opener for me and the discovery was so profound that it felt to me like I had been living in a 2-dimensional world all my life and now suddenly discovered that there is a 3rd dimension that I had not noticed before.

From that moment my life had a new direction. I really wanted to unveil this new dimension for and in me. Soon I learned that this goes so much deeper than just sensing and using Qi and that Prana Dynamics offers the possibility of a scientific and validate-able approach to the first steps in spirituality on the way of reverse engineering once own being.

Ever since Prana Dynamics has been my clear road map and guideline for my personal evolution. Following those guidelines and my emerging inner guidance I started to pop up all the old emotional traumas that have been embedded in my body for so long. I faced those energies and learned to handle them, sort them and let them go. This way I started a process of reintegrating myself on a deeper level and my different subconscious forces gradually stopped fighting themselves and I started to experience a state where inner contradictions subsided and inner peace increased.

In this process of holistic body-mind reverse engineering, inner body tensions released and my life changed dramatically. Old body pains went away. The inner circulation of life energy was running freer and freer.

In the past, I used to suffer from flues every 2 to 3 months. Today, I am experiencing one every 2 years. By setting right my inner emotions also the depressions went away gradually and today I am living a peaceful and content life in ever-increasing harmony with myself and my true self. Even my many allergies and my asthma became less. My character cleared and my reactions to the outside world and the reactions and relationships of people to me changed for the better on a basis of love and understanding.

Yet those outward effects are only the changes that can be seen on the surface. Carrying Prana Dynamics in the heart and following its guidelines of reverse self engineering truly leads to so much deeper, so profound changes that they are out of the scope of a normal human experience and need to be experienced to be truly understood.

One begins to naturally see things as they are and understand the mechanisms and happenings in and of life. The different parts of human bondage like soul and spirit are directly experienced and harmonized with. Qi and heart do not remain empty words but start to be filled with meaning and deep and direct understanding and integration into being.

All parts reveal themselves bit by bit and by harmonizing with them the journey goes ever deeper back to the direction of the source. Tranquility, harmony, and deep inner freedom emerge.

Prana Dynamics is the key to true inner spirituality if the heart is truly set to this path.

On Heart

In the animated human body, there are three energy centers:

  • The abdomen is the center of vitality for the normal functioning of the body mechanism.
  • The head is the center for the mind energy, corresponding your body sensations to the involuntary participation with the external manifestation.
  • The heart is the center of the astral energy, orchestrating both the vital and mental energy in animation.

By opening up from the heart, I am referring to the practice of modulating the de-flamed mental energy at the guidance of the mental orb to confluent both the mind-body energy to the chest where the heart locates.

With the released muscular tension and activation of the fascia, together with the alignment of joints to connect to the antenna, then one is able to baptize oneself by releasing the de-flamed mental orb to the heart as an observer.

Then it is possible for one to breathe in rhythm with the energy in animation, modulating the vibration and frequency, en-rapport with the life energy in animation, cultivating the capability to exhale and inhale, inflation, and deflation.

From the substratum of the Prana in animation, one will be able to see that the All in manifestation is nothing but mentalism, life energy in animation, Prana in Dynamics.

Internal tug of war

You see, it is a subtle art. Every drill is a very simple drill.

But it is quite difficult for you to do because you are not fully stabilized yet.

Everybody begins from the mind.

So, as I said if there is something holding you back, that means there is something wrong…

I call it unnecessary tension. It is this tension that blocks the energy flow.

That is why it is important to keep the balance of your structure first and then relax.

Abide by the Equanimity

There are two parts to this art. One is self-exploration. That is where all the rooting is about. By rooting you explore yourself, explore throughout your body, and probe into your sensations. That is the first stage for fundamental relaxation. And once you have the foundations in place and we do the feeding practice, that is the second stage, you explore the others.

I explore the others, by the touch, oh I can sense this tension here and there. And once your fascia are more activated you can even sense the whereabouts of the mind. What is it trying to do before it comes into manifestation? Let us explore into the others. Extension of your internal awareness to the others.

If you are not so very advanced yet, it is okay to practice along by yourself. But just remember, every time you practice you are not supposed to repeat the same pattern time and time again. Every time you practice it will be to your advantage if you can discover something new inside of your mind-body. Ah, this is how it feels. Ah, there is a tiny warmish sensation that is permeating throughout the fascia. Ah, I can actually stretch the joints. The tiny ball bearings inside the joints can inflate and deflate. Feel it. Sense it. Rediscover yourself. That is the first state.

Today we rehearse the internal breathing mechanism. Once you truly release yourself, you have to release all your body tensions. Remember, into the ground. Into the ground! And then there is an internal sense of peacefulness and an internal sense of oneness emerging in you. It is very comfortable.

And once you can release the body tensions into the ground, then your body has become very light. Do not come back to your mind, to your head. Just confluence the fascia, release, and the rest of the practice is to try to stabilize yourself in this state of internal equanimity, the internal state of oneness. This is a very important internal development.

Once you abide by this internal equanimity, energetically, you are not the mind, you are not the body. You are just this energy in animation. The body is just a vehicle, like a dress. The mind is like a dreamer in you. You are not a dreamer. You are the one that witnesses the mind.

So you abide yourself in this internal state of equanimity and from there, once the fascia is activated, whatsoever you want to do, do not use the muscles. Use the fascia. Your energy will permeate throughout your fascia system and follow your command. That is the next state of your internal evolution.

Once you can really sense it and you harmonize yourself into oneness with it, whatsoever you do, magic will happen!

How long will it take you to get there?

Everybody is different.

Just experiment.
