There are two parts to this art. One is self-exploration. That is where all the rooting is about. By rooting you explore yourself, explore throughout your body, and probe into your sensations. That is the first stage for fundamental relaxation. And once you have the foundations in place and we do the feeding practice, that is the second stage, you explore the others.
I explore the others, by the touch, oh I can sense this tension here and there. And once your fascia are more activated you can even sense the whereabouts of the mind. What is it trying to do before it comes into manifestation? Let us explore into the others. Extension of your internal awareness to the others.
If you are not so very advanced yet, it is okay to practice along by yourself. But just remember, every time you practice you are not supposed to repeat the same pattern time and time again. Every time you practice it will be to your advantage if you can discover something new inside of your mind-body. Ah, this is how it feels. Ah, there is a tiny warmish sensation that is permeating throughout the fascia. Ah, I can actually stretch the joints. The tiny ball bearings inside the joints can inflate and deflate. Feel it. Sense it. Rediscover yourself. That is the first state.
Today we rehearse the internal breathing mechanism. Once you truly release yourself, you have to release all your body tensions. Remember, into the ground. Into the ground! And then there is an internal sense of peacefulness and an internal sense of oneness emerging in you. It is very comfortable.
And once you can release the body tensions into the ground, then your body has become very light. Do not come back to your mind, to your head. Just confluence the fascia, release, and the rest of the practice is to try to stabilize yourself in this state of internal equanimity, the internal state of oneness. This is a very important internal development.
Once you abide by this internal equanimity, energetically, you are not the mind, you are not the body. You are just this energy in animation. The body is just a vehicle, like a dress. The mind is like a dreamer in you. You are not a dreamer. You are the one that witnesses the mind.
So you abide yourself in this internal state of equanimity and from there, once the fascia is activated, whatsoever you want to do, do not use the muscles. Use the fascia. Your energy will permeate throughout your fascia system and follow your command. That is the next state of your internal evolution.
Once you can really sense it and you harmonize yourself into oneness with it, whatsoever you do, magic will happen!
