Today it keeps on coming back here, analyzing what you’re doing and this is a blocking factor.
Once your antenna is in place, release your mind. By bypassing you attend your focus. You learn to guide your focus outside of the contact. Relax, go away, and by surrendering, by being lighter you do not need to use muscles.
This also has to do with your previous training because you are so very used to do those muscle tensions. So this is what is blocking you. So we try to release. This is where you are having problems too, to make it work. So you are fighting against your own tension by putting your mind here. But release. Relax attention. Surrender. Lighter. Confluent your mental focus to the contact. Go away. Just a twist. Twist the internal pipeline and you will feel that, you will sense the tension from the surface of your skin. Use that skin to divert his energy flow and go away from the contact. His energy will follow.
We as humans, we all have this animal reflex. So wherever people touch you, automatically your people’s mind comes to the contact. So to neutralize that, by twisting, bypassing, you twist and modulate the tension from the skin to divert their energy support to the focus on side of the contact. So, by diverting the tensions, the energy flows before they reach the focal point, and then their energy is following your command, is confluent with you.
This is the importance of line sensation. So this line is not the physical line. It is more of their energy line. So if you twist, then you can change direction. If I twist from the other angle, from the other side, then the direction changes. And then you just follow the direction.
So internally this is what we discussed earlier. There is an internal evolution in progress when you practice for the better. Toward more freedom, more harmony, more peacefulness.
So you have to let go of the intention, wanting to make it work, I want to make it work. You fall back to the stronghold of your mind and then it destroys everything.
This is the process of what I call self-diagnosis, self-validation. We learn to diagnose ourselves for mistakes and then change the pattern. Now, by changing the pattern you are liberating yourself. So, it is an art of self-liberation.
If you really get it it is like an internal.. I am trying to inform an internal revolution from inside of you. But for any revolution to be successful the first thing the revolution does is deconstruction. So you deconstruct those established habitual patterns either, physical or mental. Once you deconstruct them, once you practice and validate everything, the integration process begins.
This is the essence of the earth. You cannot by wanting or by trying, all those are symptoms of the activity of your mind. You fall back to your mind and then it blocks everything because this is something your mind cannot get to and your mind will be agitated and then, once it is getting agitated, the harder. Then you try to make it happen you cannot.
So, do not repeat the same mistake. Every time you progress every time you practice you are supposed to make some new discoveries. But once you are in posture, once it is happening, remember the sensation. By remembering the sensations, those energy flows, those emotional memories will be embedded in the energy body as well. So you begin to synchronize yourself in oneness. You are making progress in this perspective.
So, it is a subtle art. That is why the importance of forsaking the contentious mind, forsaking the contention in your mind so that your mind can release and surrender. The more you can surrender your mind, the easier for you to sense energy. This is a form of tension or stronghold of the mind. Force and energy are mutually exclusive.
So, you have to make up your mind and have the resolution. Once you begin to embark on this journey you make new discoveries, evolve yourself for the better. This is why the importance of practice. To practice is to validate, to sense it for yourself and once you sense it, remember the
sensation so you synchronize your mental energy and body energy together with this astro energy into oneness.
This is the direction to go. Do not frustrate yourself. Nothing wrong. There is nothing wrong to be frustrated about. Just calming down, relax more. Recognize your mind. Once you can recognize your mind. You are not the mind, right? Every time you practice you are walking the puppy. You walk the mind by modulation of focus and in time the mind will understand: ah, so we are not doing anything dangerous to me, there is no threat but it is for the better.
For your mind and your fascia, it takes time to understand. And once your mind is following your command, you are making progress.
