When one is in the mind, energy is in dispersion. When released from the mind, energy is in stillness, as of the observer, beyond stillness in the body sentience, free from thought and fear. That is your natural state without self.
If you really see what is going on in the mind, the constant entanglement with the embedded pattern of thoughts, discrimination and emotions, then release yourself from the attachment towards the manifestation. Through practice, you will remain in balance and harmony as the observer. The mind will become tranquil, the body will become lighter with the disappearance of the turmoil of emotions.
Try to be in the state is the practice, till it is spontaneous. This is the assignment for you and this is the beginning of self inquiry instead of entrapment with mental conceptualizations…
