You really have to release from the tension point. And then everything will begin to put up together.
When you practice you are engaging in the process of reintegration. Find your balance, sense your fascia, reintegrate. Get rid of those wrong habits that block you, away from it. Relax more. The more relaxed the better.
The picture I am showing is opposite from traditional knowledge. That you have to be better, you have to be stronger, you have to try harder.
