I have been paying more attention to the internal breathing mechanism. Something happened that never occurred before in all my years of training. The energy moved like a lightning bolt through the feeder. It is hard to replicate that effect in the feeder, but it was amazing when it occurred.
It is truly amazing what you teach. I have been looking at your videos on Youtube since 2016. I knew from the videos that your ability was truly high level. Now being your student and experiencing your teachings first hand I realize how lucky I am. You have given me mental freedom with my internal practice, I feel that anything is possible.
