Relaxation without structure is collapse.
Song is release without losing integrity.
To become soft is not enough.
If the structure disappears, the body collapses.
If tension remains, the body becomes rigid.
Song is neither.
Gravity releases downward.
Counterforce rises upward.
The center line remains.
What disappears is unnecessary contraction.
True relaxation does not destroy structure. It reveals the structure that no longer needs tension to survive.
