When structure loses alignment, tension must compensate.
The body does not contract without reason.
When skeletal alignment fails, muscles and fascia must work continuously to prevent collapse.
This is tension compensation.
Restore the center line, and part of that unnecessary workload can be released.
The fascia no longer has to hold together what structure has failed to organize.
Alignment does not add power. It removes the need for compensation.
